Shri Radha Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 18
mātu! yaha kuṁvari na mānati bāta
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Little Shrīdāmā is complaining about little Kishorī Jī to their mother, “Oh Mother! This Lālī does not listen to me at all, nor does She go to play with me. Listen, Oh Mother! Yashodā has a little son, who is black-complexioned. She plays only with Him and never listens to what I say.” Kishorī Jī retorted, “Oh Mother! Brother Shrīdāmā always bears a grudge against Me. On being defeated in a game, he does not give the stake. On the other hand, he gets angry with Me. Sometimes he pinches Me and sometimes frightens Me putting on frightful appearance. Sometimes he teases Me with odd words and sometimes offends Me by making wry faces. He also whines at Me sometimes.” In the meanwhile, Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī affectionately said, “This is bad. You two are good children. Moreover, should sister and brother ever fight with each other?”
