Shri Radha Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 5
pālane jhūlati bhānudulāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Vṛishabhānunandinī Rādhikā is swinging in a cradle. The cradle is studded with various types of gems. It is made of sandalwood and its ropes are made of silk. Shrī Kishorī Jī is dressed up in blue attire. She is embellished with the ornaments befitting a newborn girl and is fair-complexioned. Mother Kīrti, inebriated with bliss, sacrifices herself swinging the cradle. Rādhikā Jī places Her toe in Her mouth holding it with Her tiny hands. Looking at Her incomparable beauty, even the wife of Kāmadeva, Rati, feels embarrassed. Shrī Kishorī Jī is enacting various sweet līlās of a little baby like screeching with great joy, looking all around with innocent eyes and kicking Her tiny feet and hands. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that Mother Kīrti cravingly looks at her daughter expecting Her to look even at Her mother at least once.
