Shri Radha Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 3

bhānubhūpa-ghara bajata badhāī

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

In the palace of King Vṛishabhānu, beautiful music is being played as a mark of felicitation to celebrate the birth of Vṛishabhānu’s daughter, Shrī Rādhā. Today, Kishorī Jī has appeared in the lap of Mother Kīrti. Therefore, feeling inebriated with bliss, heavenly gods are playing on the kettledrums. The divine abode, Barasānā has been exquisitely decorated all over, the splendour of which puts even the beauty of crores of Baikuṇṭhas to shame. Various musical instruments are being played in all the four directions, the tumultuous sound of which is not letting anybody hear anybody’s spoken words. Although Mother Kīrti, overwhelmed with joy, is squandering heaps of pearls and gems, yet not even a single person is conscious enough to loot them. All the men and women have become completely oblivious of their body, being completely immersed in indefinable bliss. Brahmā, Vishnu and Shaṅkara and heavenly gods are repeatedly acclaiming with one voice, ‘Hail to the exhilarating potency, Shrī Rādhā’. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “On the bliss of the afore-mentioned birth-celebration, I too, with my own hands, throw as an offering, the bliss of the Abstract Absolute (Impersonal God) multiplied crores of times.”
