Shri Krishna Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 91
laṁgara mote, ḍagara chalata kara rāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
(Shrī Rādhikā Jī is describing one of Bhagwan Kṛishṇa’s loving pranks to one of Her friends.) “Shrī Kṛishṇa disturbs Me even as I walk along My path. As soon as He sees Me at the panaghaṭa, He comes running and tries to embrace Me. When I tell Him off, He breaks even My earthen pot and My pearl chains and necklaces as well. Oh sakhi! In the Sāṁkarī galī of Barasānā, He throws pebbles, aiming at My pot. Oh sakhi! The Shameless One says to Me, ‘You and Me make a good pair!’, and saying this, He forcibly behaves unbecomingly with Me. At this I start shouting, ‘Somebody save Me from this trouble-shooter!’ He repeatedly calls me ‘Pyārī Bhānudulārī!’ and ‘Oh Lady with the veil!’.” In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, Shrī Kishorī Jī says, “Oh sakhi, to what extent can I say? Without speaking anything, He says everything just by His sidelong glances.”
