Shri Krishna Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 4
nanda ke bhaye āju ānanda
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Today, the bliss of Nanda has manifested itself in its personified form in Nanda’s home, because the essence of Bliss, sachchidānanda Brahma Shrī Kṛishṇa, has incarnated Himself in His personal form. Heavenly gods are celebrating this event by joyously playing on kettledrums and at the same time, repeatedly shouting, ‘Glory (Victory) to the moon of Braja!’ Brahmā and others are singing invocations by reciting hymns from all the four Vedas. Nārada, the Supreme amongst the men of wisdom, as well as Saraswatī are lavishly praising the great fortune of Nanda. And so far as praising the multitude of Mother Yashodā’s meritorious deeds is concerned, says Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, even the goddess of learning, Saraswatī falters for words.
