Shri Krishna Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 3
nanda ke āṁgana ānaṁdakanda
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
In the courtyard of Nanda has descended the essence of Bliss. The Supreme Lord, Shrī Kṛishṇa, who provides happiness even to Happiness has come down as the son of Nanda. Sometimes, He squeals with joy, and sometimes walking intoxicatingly, puts even an elephant to shame. Sometimes, He dances and sometimes sings something incoherently in His own independent way without rhyme or reason. Sometimes He asks for something from Mother Yashodā and Nandabābā in utterly sweet lisping words. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “These above-mentioned heart-stealing scenes force even the realized men of wisdom to forget the bliss of their Impersonal God forever.”
