Virah Madhuri · Pad 210
hāya! mohiṁ, piya binu kachhu na suhāya
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
A virahiṇī says, “Oh, I don’t like anything at all in my Beloved’s separation. The all-alluring sweet smile of beloved Shyāmasundara has occupied every fibre of my being. Neither can I disclose my feelings to anyone nor is it possible for me to hide them. Seeing me lost in something, the friends smilingly ask me, ‘Oh friend! What has happened to you nowadays?’ On the one hand, I feel greatly embarrassed, and on the other, the grief of separation is killing me like the fall of a thunderbolt.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “Oh Beloved! Now, I am not at peace even for a moment because my heart itself has been stolen by You.”
