hamāro sahaja sanehī shyāma
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
(Words of a gopī, suffering from the pangs of separation.) “It is the natural nature of my beloved Shyāmasundara to love all the souls causelessly. I always string the garlands of tears and offer them to my Beloved who resides in my heart. (When tears fall from the eyes, they start out in two streams which later meet in the middle of the chest, assuming the shape of a garland.) I always meditate on all-attractive Shyāmasundara, who stands beautifully bending His body at the neck, waist and feet, and captivates the heart of even Kāmadeva, the god of beauty. My tongue unceasingly sings the glories of Shyāmasundara, night and day. The ears always remain busy in hearing the sweet nectarean name, attributes, pastimes, etc. of my Beloved.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “He is my Beloved, and I, His. Now, what concern do I have with the world?”
