karahu jani, kārena kī kachhu bāta
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
In Shyāmasundara’s separation, a maiden of Braja says to her intimate friend, “Oh sakhi! Don’t talk about black-complexioned people at all. Black Shyāmasundara, with whom we established our relationship surrendering our total self to Him, kicked us off and went to Mathurā. We are yearning for Him day and night. After going to Mathurā, He has become the King, killing Kansa. He has greatly deceived us. The only boon we ask Brahmā to grant us is that let us be born as hunchbacked women in our next birth so that Shyāmasundara does not abandon us.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “Oh sakhi! No matter what you say, I know this very well that you cannot stop talking about Shyāmasundara even in your dreams.”
