ūdho!, kahiyo una bhagawāna
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Sending a message to Shyāmasundara through Uddhava, the maidens of Braja state, “Oh Uddhava! Tell that Mr. God that although all of us are writhing in the pain of His separation every moment, we do not beg anything from Him. Uddhava! Convey our message to Him in exactly these words. Oh Uddhava! That alone is love in which there is no separation after meeting the Beloved once, and that which leads to separation even in a dream is actually impure desire (kāma)”. In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, “All of us and Shyāmasundara are eternally one, just as water and its waves, even after appearing in two forms, are actually one and the same thing.”
