Maan Madhuri · Pad 1

māninī, chhina-chhina māna kare

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Shrī Rādhā does māna every now and then. The sight of Her in the state of māna is worth-watching! She has kept one hand under Her chin and with the other, She is writing something on the ground. Her bow-shaped eyebrows are stretched in such a way that they look like the projected hoods of a female-serpent. Filled with extreme anger, She is looking all around. Even Her friends are not daring to go near Her. Her hair are dishevelled and diffused. Her two-stringed and three-stringed necklaces, other ornaments, as well as Her clothes are scattered all over the floor. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that Shyāmasundara is standing with folded hands, trembling with fear.
