dekhu sakhi! dou rasa raṅga bhare
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh sakhi! Today, Shyāmā and Shyāma are filled with the intoxication of divine love-bliss pertaining to Nikuñja. Just look, a swing is hung from the branch of a Kadamba tree and both of Them are swinging. How beautiful They are looking with Their arms around each other! Lalitā sakhī, holding the swing with her hands is giving pushes to it. Shyāmasundara is taking augmentations, Kishorī Jī is singing, and the sakhīs are taking grace-notes. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “Standing in a beautiful grove, we, too, are feeding our eyes with this alluring sight.”
