sakhina mahaṁ lalitā parama pradhāna
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Lalitā sakhī is the chief of all the gopīs. The colour of her body has the brightness of gorochana, and she is an expert in the intimate modes of love. The colour of the clothes she wears is like that of the peacock-feathers. She feeds seasoned and beautifully folded betel-leaves to Rādhā-Kṛishṇa and fully knows the gestures of Their hearts. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that she always performs only those actions which help in increasing the mutual love of Rādhā- Kṛishṇa.
