indulekhā sakhiyana gala hāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Indulekhā sakhī is very dear to and respected by all the gopīs. The colour of her body is like that of haritāla, and she is the very essence of beauty. She wears pomegranate-coloured clothes and looks so beautiful that Beauty itself gets embarrassed looking at her. She always teaches the inner secrets and intimate aspects of divine love to the divine couple Shrī Rādhā-Kṛishṇa. She knows all the tricks of attracting and controlling the object of love. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “This is why, among all the gopīs, she is dearly dear to Rādhā-Kṛishṇa.”
