Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Shrī Kishorī Jī says to Shyāmasundara who is disguised as a lady-tattooist, “Oh Tattooist of līlās! Your beauty puts even veritable Beauty and Adornment to shame. To which village do You belong? What is Your name? Who is Your husband?” The lady-tattooist replied, “I belong to a divine abode, My name is also divine and My husband is a divine man as well.” Kishorī Jī asked further, “What task has brought You in our village then?” The lady-tattooist answered, “I had heard that Your beauty is unequalled in all the three worlds, so the desire to see You has brought Me here and that is why I have disguised Myself as a low-caste woman. Kishorī Jī! What to tell You, I met a wanton man on the way who said to Me, ‘Oh Beloved! Dally with Me.’ Kishorī Jī! Tattooing has been taught to Me by the first man, the Supreme God Himself.” Kishorī Jī said, “Fine, You tattoo Nandanandana’s līlās on every limb of Mine.” After tattooing the desired līlās, the lady-tattooist, feeling languid with joy, fell in Kishorī Jī’s lap in a swoon, saying, “Hā Bhānudulārī!” In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, seeing the flute hidden in the lady-tattooist’s blouse, the friends of Shrī Rādhā recognised that She was none else but that same trickster, Shyāmasundara.
