Yugal Madhuri · Pad 21
hamāro, ṭhākura yugalakishora
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Shyāmā and Shyāma - both are our Lords. Both are the reservoirs of incomparable adornment, beauty and bliss and both are the crest-jewel of rasikas. Both of Them remain engaged in eternal rāsa in Vṛindāvana, daily from evening till morning. They both are the Lord as well as the servant of each other; Both are the heart of each other but at the same time, are also the stealer of each other’s heart. Both of Them equally experience such endless beatitude in meeting each other that innumerable kalpas appear to be just one moment to Them. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that although both of Them are softer than softness itself, yet They call each other hard in the unique language of love.
