Shri Radha Madhuri · Pad 2
alī! lakhu, āju lalī siṅgāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
A gopī says to her friend, “Oh sakhi! Look at the alluring adornment of Shrī Vṛishabhānunandinī. Curving Her body at three places like Nandakumāra, She is also acting exactly like Him. Seeing which, Kāmadeva is stupefied as to how the complexion of Nandakumāra has become fair. Kishorī Jī’s fair-complexioned body matches with the colour of gold. On it can be sacrificed even the blue-complexioned Shyāmasundara. The tilaka and the khauri of the colour of gold, shining on Her forehead, are looking overly alluring. The colour of the pītāmbara She is wearing as well as that of the kāchhanī tied over it, is also golden. Intemperately captivating are Her crown, staff and necklaces, all made of gold. The sight of the earrings of gold beautified in Her ears, and the golden anklets adorned in Her golden feet is also extremely lovely. Golden kaṅkaṇas around Her wrist, and golden kiṅkiṇī around Her waist and also Her golden beauty are all exceedingly enchanting!” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “I sacrifice myself on the sweet smile of golden-complexioned Kishorī Jī, which forcibly steals the heart.”
