sajīle chhaila chhabīle shyāma
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Our Shyāmasundara, the crest-jewel of rasikas is extremely entrancing. Steeped in the intoxication of divine attributes, which are source of bliss to rasikas, He scintillates with divine brilliance and is the ocean of beauty. On His blue-complexioned body are beautified beautiful clothes of yellow colour, which have divine shine in them. His piercing side-glances, which are saturated with more love than love itself, forcibly entice the heart of Braja-maidens. His intoxicating gait entrances the hearts of the sakhīs. He sings their names in the melodies of His flute. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that attaining such an infinitely blissful Beloved, you, too, drink the nectar of divine love and enthrone Him in your heart forever.
