shyāma kī manda manda musakāna
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
One sakhī tells another, “Oh sakhi! I am unable to forget Shyāmasundara’s bewitching gentle smile and the flutter of His pītāmbara even for a second. My body, mind and soul are all held up by the swaying of His peacock-feathered crown and the hanging of the curly locks of His hair. Looking with intoxicating eyes, He strikes melodies in His flute. He eternally performs various līlās of divine love in the fragrant, flowery groves of Vṛindāvana.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that upon seeing the beautiful, bewitching form of Bhagwan Kṛishṇa, Bhagwan Shaṅkara and the paramahansas like Sanaka etc. forget their trance-meditation forever.
