lāla kī ati matavālī chāla
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Shyāmasundara’s gait is extremely intoxicating. Bending and swaying and turning around again and again, He walks with an extremely rolling gait. To me, it seems that it is from Him that the swan has learnt to walk so fascinatingly. Again, it is from Him alone that elephants have learnt to walk. There is not a single beautiful maiden in the three worlds whose heart is not pierced with the arrows of love upon seeing that intoxicated gait of the son of Nanda, Shrī Kṛishṇa. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “Up to what extent can I describe the magic of that gait, even the condition of innocent Bhagwan Shaṅkara has become like that of a mad person after seeing Shyāmasundara’s gait.”
