Shri Krishna Madhuri · Pad 29
latana meṁ ṭhād̤ho sundara shyāma
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Shyāmasundara is standing in the midst of a bower. Gracefully curving His body at neck, waist and legs, He is looking so beautiful that His beauty is surpassing the beauty of crores of Kāmadevas. He is calling the sakhīs, Lalitā etc., by singing their names in sweet melodies of His flute, beautifully placed on His lips. His transcendental body is anointed with the perfumed paste, prepared with a mixture of fragrance, musk, saffron and sandalwood. Embellished from head to toe with all adornments, He is the acme of beauty and bliss. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “All maidens of Braja remain incessantly intoxicated, drinking the beauty of their beloved, Shyāmasundara, in His alluring triple-curved posture.”
