Shri Krishna Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 74
nirata kara, āju brahma sākāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
(The doctrine of Vedānta, Sachchidānanda Shrī Kṛishṇa, is dancing in the courtyard of Yashodā.) Today, the Personal God, assuming the form of the son of Nanda, is dancing on the rhythm of Yashodā’s clapping. The anklets adorned on His feet are producing sweet tinkling sound. Baby Kṛishṇa is wearing a very thin, transparent jhaṁgulī (a little baby’s shirt), a kiṅkiṇī around His thin little waist and a peacock-feather on His head. His whole body is white with the dust flown from the hooves of the cows. The entangled curly locks of His hair are forcibly captivating the heart. He is shrieking again and again with joy, singing something incoherently with a lisp. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, addressing the gyānīs says, “Oh gyānīs! I don’t think it proper to enter into argumentation. You come with me and see the state of your Brahma yourself, the Brahma whom you declare to be beyond māyā, its three modes and the senses.”
