Shri Krishna Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 69

ṭuka suna o! ḍhoṭā nanda ke

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

A sakhī says to Shyāmasundara, “Oh Nandakumāra! Listen with open ears. You go around infatuating maidens of Braja by walking intoxicatingly like an elephant. There will come a day, when even You will be confronted by someone after seeing whom You will duly enjoy the consequence of Your treachery. The moment You see Vṛishabhānunandinī Rādhikā, You will forget Your whole show of artificial love. Oh Manamohana! Then, Your smiling slowly and enticingly will not work at all.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says to the sakhī, “Oh sakhi! He is Sachchīdānanda Brahma, the essence of bliss. Why are you insulting Him so much, directly on His face?”
