Shri Krishna Bal Leela Madhuri · Pad 62
ko kara, kāre te yārī
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Manasukhā, teasing little Ṭhākura Jī says, “Who wants to make friends with black Kanhaiyā? Oh Kanhaiyā! You are extremely fraudulent from the very bottom of Your heart. I have heard that as soon as You were born, You accepted Nanda and Yashodā as Your parents, leaving Vasudeva and Devakī in prison. This is the first and the biggest blazing proof of Your dodge and duplicity. Nandabābā has nine lakh cows, yet You rob the houses of Braja-maidens for milk and yoghurt etc. Even Your friends are not exempted by Your pranks. You pinch one of them and tie the tuft (of hair) of another with the sprig of a creeper. You always remain busy in accomplishing Your own ends, spoiling the ends of others.” Just then, Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī said, “Oh Manasukhā! You are absolutely right! Oh friend! Not only His body is black but all His deeds are black as well.”
