shyāma mohiṁ dehu prema nishkāma
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh Shyāmasundara! Please give me only Your selfless love. So far as the desires of senses are concerned, they cannot be satisfied even after getting the opulence of Indra, the king of gods. This mind is more fickle than fickleness itself. It cannot remain inactive even for a moment. I am exhausted after trying to make it understand in various ways, but it continues to follow the wrong track. Now, obeying rasikas, I have taken shelter in Your feet alone. Therefore, says Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, “Make this Kripālu drink the divine love-nectar of Braja. My feet are fagged meandering in the material world.”
