lalī karu mahala ṭahalinī moya

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Oh Kishorī Jī! Accept me as a maid in Your palace. Oh Kishorī Jī! Some pray to You for worldly splendour, some ask for material perfections (siddhīs), some for liberation from māyā, some for the bliss of Baikuṇṭha, some for the state of not asking for anything and some beseech You for blessing them with uninterrupted darshana of Mahāvishṇu. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “But I desire only to serve You, becoming a maidservant in Your palace of creepers.”
