patita ika deta chunautī āya
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh Shyāmasundara! A great sinner is challenging You. Do You know, even Yamarāja, the god of death is afraid of our innumerable sins. Until now, You had to cope only with a physically hunchbacked woman but as far as I am concerned, even my mind is full of numberless perversities. My heart is too full of ego to let me be humble even before You. Now Your guise of ‘the rescuer of the fallen’ is going to be ill-famed, otherwise accept me as Your own immediately. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, either captivate my mind by the sweet melodies of Your flute or call me in Your abode by beheading me with Your disc-weapon (chakra).
