kaho hari! hama tumate kachhu thora?
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
A devotee addresses Bhagwan Kṛishṇa, “Oh Hari! We are in no way lesser than You. If You are the storehouse of innumerable virtues, we, too, are the storehouse of innumerable vices, born of the three modes of māyā – sattva, raja and tama. If Yamarāja, the god of death, shudders from Your actions, performed through yogamāyā which makes impossible possible, he is also trembling seeing the countless terrible sins committed by us. If You are the crest-jewel of all the divine love-intoxicated saints, we, too, are the crest-jewel of all the worldly love-intoxicated people. If You are one, we are innumerable. Therefore,” in the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, “You better compromise with me as soon as possible otherwise You are bound to be defeated by me.”
