Dainya Madhuri · Pad 26
kahāṁ hari! soye hamarihiṁ bāra?
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh Shyāmasundara! Where have You gone to sleep on my turn of being blessed with Your grace? As soon as You hear the call of a sinner, You run for his help without wasting even a moment. You are known in the world as merciful without a cause since time immemorial. No matter of what type and extremity his sins are, no sooner a sinner surrenders to You than he is accepted by You as Your own and kept by You near Your lotus-feet forever. Rasikas declare with a trumpet voice that fallen souls alone are loved by You always. If all this is true, why then, says Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, have You hardened Your heart after seeing an extremely fallen soul like me?
