aho hari! aba to sahyo na jāya

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Oh Shyāmasundara! I am unable to bear this worldly woe any longer. Wandering in the maze of eighty-four lakh movable and immovable forms of life, I never experienced peace even for a moment. I have been completely exhausted and satiated with this world, continuously burning in the unbearable heat of my own innumerable sins. Oh refuge of the helpless! I have now come to take refuge in Your lotus-feet. Please do not kick me away. Oh Shyāmasundara! Remembering Your promise of delivering fallen souls, give ears to my prayer and accept me as Your own forever. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “I want only above-mentioned alms from You and not the lecture ‘do sādhanā’ etc. Oh Lord! Please do not delay anymore.”
