Siddhanta Madhuri · Pad 121
suno mana! yaha vedana ko sāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh mind! Following is the gist of the Vedas. Contemplate seriously over the Vedic saying – ‘Raso Vai Saḥ’. This infers that excepting Shyāmasundara, who is the crest-jewel of the rasikas, it is impossible to experience real happiness anywhere in the material world. ‘Upāsate Purusham’ - this Vedic statement also means to say that one ought to love Shyāmasundara renouncing all desires. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī concludes, “Then alone, you will be able to attain the bliss of divine love by His grace and reside in His divine abode Goloka ever after.”
