Siddhanta Madhuri · Pad 71
mana! ika dina aisā āyegā
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh mind! A day will come when the same individual soul who entered this world with his fists tightly closed will go with his palms wide open. One may gather heaps of wealth, but the only thing he will be provided with at the time of death will be a meagre coffin. He will be cudgelled on his head by the very same person whom he calls his dutiful son. Oh mind! You will be extremely frightened when Yamarāja, the god of death, will come to take you with the death-wand in his hand. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that at that time, placing your hand on your forehead, you will greatly repent but to no avail. Therefore, start practising devotion to Shyāmasundara instantly.
