Siddhanta Madhuri · Pad 18
are mana! yaha jaga eka sarāya
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh mind! This world is like an inn in which businessmen from different countries keep on coming and going. He alone, who is under the bondage of māyā, comes in this inn. In this inn, some multiply their earnings while some end up even losing their capital. There are numerous powerful thieves in this inn like lust, anger, greed etc. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “But in this inn, one can also attain the priceless gem of divine love by practising devotion to Shyāmasundara.”
