Siddhanta Madhuri · Pad 6
are mana! abahuṁ bāta le māna
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh mind! Accept my advice even now. I know very well and admit that you are extremely powerful because you have made me dance in the eighty-four lakh forms of life in the same way as a tamer makes a monkey dance. But I ask you one thing; if you are able to give me a proper answer, I will accept my defeat. The question is why are you still thirsty even after drinking the poisonous juice of worldly objects continuously since time immemorial? Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī advises the mind, “Still, there is an opportunity. Abandon your obstinacy and surrender yourself to Shyāmasundara. Then, all your wrongs will be set right.”
