Prakirna Madhuri · Pad 6
tū bhāye, terī prīti na bhāye piya!
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh beloved Shyāmasundara! As far as You are concerned, I like You extremely, but I don’t admire Your love at all. The beauty of innumerable Kāmadevas can be sacrificed on every limb of Your body. The eyes do not feel satiated even after looking at You over and over again. Your sweet side-glances and sweet smile give me so much joy that I feel like sacrificing crores of lives. Your intoxicated gait like that of an intoxicated forest-elephant defies all descriptions. It is just worth watching! And when You play on Your fascinating flute placing it on Your lips, its sweet melody makes me oblivious of myself totally. In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, all this is fine but when on the way, You unhesitatingly embrace me to Your heart, saying, ‘Oh Beloved!’ I become unable to comprehend this anti-social behaviour of Yours.
