hāya! maiṁ, dharūṁ kauna vidhi dhīra

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

(The description of beloved Shyāmasundara’s grief-stricken state in Kishorī Jī’s separation.) “Oh! Oh! Oh Kishorī Jī! How should I have any patience without You? Hā Rādhe! Even half a moment of Your separation appears to Me as an aeon. I have become tired of searching for You from place to place, yet I could not see the beautiful, fair-complexioned You anywhere. Oh My Beloved! Who else can understand the intense grief of My heart except You? My eyes, yearning to see You, are shedding rivulets of tears.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that beloved Shyāmasundara is as entrapped in Kishorī Jī’s love as a parrot in a fowler’s net.
