vyādha ika, mārehu hiraṇihiṁ bāna
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
A sakhī says to her intimate friend, “Oh sakhi! A hunter shot a doe with an arrow. First of all, the hunter made that doe listen to the melodious music of His flute and when, the doe was lost in it, He shot the shaft on it. Getting injured, the doe fell on the ground. At this, the hunter started smiling. Now, that doe is continuously writhing in pain. If you know about some remedy, then do it.” In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, the friend of the gopī replied, “Oh sakhi! I know everything. That doe is none else but you yourself and the hunter is none other but Shyāmasundara Himself.”
