Nikunj Madhuri · Pad 14
padhāro, jhūlana dou sarakāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
A sakhī says, “Oh Priyā-Priyatama Jū! Please come for swinging. Multi-coloured flowers are blossoming on the bank of the Yamunā, the swing is hung from a branch of the Kadamba tree and the assemblage of all the sakhīs, arrayed with the things required for their respective services to the Divine Couple is waiting for both our Lords in the grove.” Just then, Ṭhākura Jī said, “Oh Kishorī Jī! Just look, black clouds have overcast the sky and are calling white-coloured lightning.” Having understood the hidden meaning behind Beloved’s words, Pyārī Jī said, “Let’s go, Beloved!” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that both of Them started to go for swinging in the grove, swaying, with Their arms around each other’s neck.
