Yugal Madhuri · Pad 4
yugala-rasa, vṛindāvana barase
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
The divine love-bliss of Shyāmā-Shyāma is raining in divine Vṛindāvana. The crest-jewel of rasikas, Shyāmasundara, who is effulgent like a blue sapphire and wears the Kaustubha gem, is extremely enthralling! Even more captivating than Him is Kishorī Jī who is the jewel among all women and walks in the fashion of an intoxicated elephant. Singing in a voice sweeter than the sweetest, both of Them dance daily in the rāsa showing various divine blandishments. They both forcibly fascinate the hearts of all through Their love-steeped divine jokes and jestings in the rāsa. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “I like watching Priyā-Priyatama the most when They stand with Their arms around each-other’s neck.”
