Shri Radha Madhuri · Pad 49
shrī shyāmā jū ko, shyāma paloṭata pāma
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
The Supreme God Shyāmasundara always presses and massages our Kishorī Jī’s feet. That same Supreme Power, who has been described by the Vedas as absolutely contented and as Sachchidānanda, has descended as the son of Nanda. And that very same son of Nanda, Shyāmasundara feels inebriated with joy seeing the redness of our Kishorī Jī’s lotus feet. Sometimes holding those lotus feet in His lotus hands, He touches them with His eyes, feeling beside Himself with bliss, and sometimes, He embraces those feet. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that the maidens of Braja watch this beautiful sight from behind the creepers, smiling slowly.
