Shri Radha Madhuri · Pad 20

dharu bhānunandinihiṁ dhyāna re

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Oh mind! Meditate on Shrī Rādhikā, the daughter of King Vṛishabhānu, the effulgence of whose golden body is like lightning. The gems studded in the crown of gold beautified on Her head are putting innumerable moons to shame. Kishorī Jī’s eyes, unique side-glances, and smile are all sweeter than sweetness itself. Her cheeks are round. She is wearing a nose-ring and a besara in Her nose and flower-shaped earrings in Her ears. Her neck is bedecked with two-stringed and three-stringed necklaces of pearls. The blouse She is wearing is looking extremely beautiful. The flutter of Her blue dress is excessively lovely. The beauty of the kiṅkiṇī encircling Her waist and the anklets adorning Her feet is absolutely unique! And totally indescribable is the sight of the toe-rings around Her toes. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that Shrī Kishorī Jī’s beauty is completely beyond description; only Shyāmasundara knows it a little.
