Shri Radha Madhuri · Pad 14
kuṁvari, natha besara chhavi chhavidāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
The beauty of Shrī Kishorī Jī’s nose-ring and besara defies even the beauty of Beauty itself. Blessed are those nose-ring and besara who kiss Priyā Jī’s mouth joyfully and also blessed are the eyes of those individual souls who obtain a glimpse of this lovely sight! Absolutely indescribable is the decoration of the pearl-chain extending from the nose-ring up to the ear. How beautiful the embellishment of the strings of pearls looks on the crown of gold! Extremely enthralling is the sight of the vermillion in the parting of Her hair, collyrium in eyes, henna on hands, mihāvara on feet and the chunarī with the borders woven with gold thread. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that seeing Kishorī Jī’s love-laden glance and blissful smile, even Shyāmasundara who captivates the three worlds, has become oblivious of Himself.
