Shri Radha Madhuri · Pad 5

karu guna āgari-guna-gāna re

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Oh mind! Chant the attributes of Shrī Vṛishabhānunandinī, whose praises are sung by Shrī Shyāmasundara Himself. A crown studded with gems is adorned on Her head and on it is a chandrikā and in between are the strings of pearls. Her fair-body, sweet smile, the shine of Her teeth and the flutter of Her blue dress are all very attractive. Her glance is very innocent, and even more innocent than this is Her sweet smile. There is the redness of henna on Her hands, of mihāvara on Her feet, and of betel-leaf in Her mouth. Every limb of Her body is decorated with beautiful adornment, which is beyond description. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that to Shyāmasundara, who is the crest-jewel of rasikas and the reservoir of all virtues, She is dearer than His own life.
