hamāro aiso nandakumāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Our Shyāmasundara is unequalled in mercy in past, present and future. This I say with a challenge raising both my hands. Purifier of the sinner, Shrī Kṛishṇa always roams girding up His loins for redeeming the fallen. Even Pūtanā, a demoness, who suckled Him with poisoned breast and yet unable to kill Him, took Him in the sky to throw Him down from there, was given the place of a mother by Him and thus, delivered from the clutches of the world, although her malicious intent was well known to Him. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī comments, “After hearing this, even a paramahansa like Shukadeva, who was totally immersed in the formless aspect of the Supreme Lord, renounced his nirvikalpa samādhi forever.”
