pīra hari! tuma binu kauna hare?

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Oh Shyāmasundara! Who else besides You can eliminate our sorrows? I have been burning thoroughly in the heat of three types of sorrows - intrinsic (daihika), superhuman (daivika) and extrinsic (bhautika), till now. I masqueraded variously in eighty-four lakh movable and immovable forms. Just as a deer, even after running unceasingly after false mirage water in a desert, gets only pain as a result, in the same way, I too, could not attain even an iota of true happiness even after searching for the same continuously in the material objects; the jars of these senses remained empty. The craving for material sensual objects continues to increase more and more exactly like the fire fed with clarified butter. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says that having attained this human form, be on the alert soon i.e. surrender yourself to God, otherwise, fallen in the well of the world, you will suffer immensely. This human body, rare even to heavenly gods, will not be given to you again and again.
