Siddhanta Madhuri · Pad 99
shyāma! aba tumahiṁ māna lo hāra
Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Oh Bhagwan Shyāmasundara! At least You accept the defeat now. This foolish mind of mine has always been adamant. You declare that You will shower Your grace only when this mind surrenders itself to You, but this stubborn mind of mine insists that You shower grace first, and then, it will surrender to You. In spite of being blessed with a mighty father like You, Your son is suffering as a result of this never-ending conflict. Therefore, says Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, I beseech You to restrain Your maid-servant māyā and grace me with Your divine love.
