ūdho!, hama abalā brajanāra

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Sending a message to Shyāmasundara through Uddhava, the maidens of Braja state, “Oh Uddhava! When you go to Shyāmasundara, tell that leader of liars that we are all abalās i.e. we are devoid of strength. People have different sources to derive their strength from, but so far as we are concerned, our strength is none else but Shyāmasundara. One has thousands of kinsmen in the world, viz. son, husband, wife, sister etc. but our relative for innumerable births is only Shyāmasundara.” In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, “We don’t give any thought to whether He renounces us, or loves us. In other words, we will continue to love Him whether He loves us or not.”
