Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj
English meaning
Gopīs, addressing Uddhava state, “Oh Uddhava! You have come to that land where the creator of the world, Brahmā himself, disguised as a beggar, always begs for the divine dust of Braja; where the leader of the yogis, Bhagwan Shaṅkara wanders about in the form of a gopī; where the greatest paramahansas like Sanaka etc. live in the form of plants and trees in order to perceive their Absolute Abstract Brahma as full of attributes and characteristic qualities in the form of Shyāmasundara. This is the land which is swept clean by the four Vedas themselves in their personified form; and where even Mahālakshmī, the divine consort of Mahāvishṇu is unable to gain entrance.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī states that after hearing the above-mentioned states of these world teachers (Jagadgurus), Uddhava was so enthralled in bliss that he became totally oblivious of himself.
