Dainya Madhuri · Pad 105

hauṁ kahaṁ lauṁ hari! ririyāuṁ re

Original pad by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj

English meaning

Oh Shyāmasundara! For how long am I supposed to entreat You like this? If You are willing to listen, I want to speak out some bitter and strange truths. Entitling Yourself as the Lord of the humble, You are sleeping free from care and here, I have been crying for Your grace continuously. This is no justice at all! Because of being the son of an ahīra, Nanda, You are extremely heartless; it seems impossible to please You. It was when Bhṛigu had hit You with his foot that You had come round. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “I am repenting for having loved You. But what can be done now after losing stake.”
