1माया तो मन जग जननी है बामा।
2याते मन जग का विषय चाहे श्यामा॥
3māyā to mana jaga jananī hai bāmā
4yāte mana jaga kā viṣhaya chāhe śhyāmā
5Both the mind and the world, are the creations of
6maya. Therefore, the mind finds pleasure in worldly
7objects alone.
